Jim O’Connell

Jim has been volunteering in a leadership role with Special Olympics Ohio at the local level, in Hamilton County, for more than 20 years. During his career of more than three decades at Procter & Gamble, Jim was focused on cause marketing with various partners including Special Olympics, Inc.
Jim is a fan of and participant in all sports, but his favorite activity is teaching golf. He says, “My happiest moment is to see an athlete succeed beyond their expectations.”
Brian Sampsel
Vice President, Analytics

Brian has spent his entire career in the field of analytics and the application of statistical principles to decision-making. He has experience applying analytics across organizations including marketing, operations, finance and merchandising.
Brian is involved in the community through speaking about analytics at numerous universities, as well as coaching youth soccer, including coaching both of his daughters’ teams.
