Athletes competing at the 2019 State Summer Games had some special fans in the stands on Saturday, June 29th when Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Director Jeff Davis stopped by to check out some Athletics competitions.
