JOB TITLE: Director of Development
REPORTS TO: Vice President, Marketing & Development
JOB CLASSIFICATION: Exempt (Salaried)
SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$50,000 annually
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct oversight of Special Events Manager, Administrative Support Staff
TRAVEL: 25% within Ohio
The Director of Development shall oversee the design, implementation, and direction of a successful comprehensive development and stewardship plan for all individual, corporate, community services clubs, fundraising events and program events sponsorships for all of Special Olympics Ohio (SOOH), ensuring sufficient revenue is realized to support the mission work of SOOH. This position will also be responsible for a set revenue portfolio of new dollars and relationship management.
